You earn 1 point for every $7 spent on any purchase through Microsol Resources, Graitec Group—yes, even Autodesk, Bluebeam, Chaos, Graitec software solutions, subscriptions, and renewals count.

Already a customer? Log into your account via the Graitec Advantage Portal to see your points and start redeeming.

FAQs

How do I join the Loyalty Program?

You’re in! Any company that subscribes through Microsol Resources, Graitec Group is automatically enrolled.

How are points awarded?

Points are based on the pre-tax value of your orders and are tracked in your Graitec Loyalty account.

How long are points valid?

Microsol Resources, Graitec Group clients will start earning points after August 1st, but will also receive credit for transactions made between May 1st and July 31st, since the Graitec acquisition of Microsol Resources.

Points earned after May 1, 2025, are valid for one calendar year from the end of the year they were awarded. All points expire on December 31st of the corresponding year. For example, points earned on June 1, 2025, will be valid until December 31, 2026.

Who can use the points?

Your company’s designated contact on the Graitec Advantage portal can redeem points. They’re non-transferable, but they’re definitely useful.

How do I check my points?

Just log in to your customer area on the Graitec Advantage Portal.
