Using the Autodesk Virtual Agent to Download Current and Previous Versions of Autodesk Software

Autodesk Virtual Agent is an alternate way for one to download and activate both current and prior versions of Autodesk software in the case of not having access to Autodesk Account.

Once you download your Autodesk product within Autodesk Virtual Agent you will  need your license serial number and product key to proceed with installation and activation.  Contract administrators (Contract Manager/Software Coordinator(s))can locate this information within Autodesk Account. To get started:

1. Click here to access the Virtual Agent.
2. Click Download Links in the list of topics on the right.

3. Chose the product group for the software you would like to download.

4. Select the specific product to be downloaded.

5. Locate the product version you wish to download and start the download through the Web browser.

Please Note: for Suites, there are multiple files that will need to be downloaded. These will show up as a series of parts in this step that will need to be downloaded and activated separately.
