Please note: there is an updated version of this blog post here: https://microsolresources.com/autodesk-asset-report-2/

The best way to locate all Autodesk assets for a firm is to request a report from Autodesk. To do so, you will want to visit the following link: Report of all my Licenses.

Now you can choose between two types of License Assistance that you need: Registration or activation of a product or a report of all of your licenses. For this case, you will want to choose “Report of all my licenses.”Once you pick via the drop down menu, you must fill out the required information about your product or company. Click “next” and Autodesk will email you the requested report. Once you receive the report, please share this information with us at info@microsolresources.com so we can assist you further.  In the field ‘Anything else you want to tell us?’ please add any variation to your company name and address so that Autodesk can do a thorough search.

Additionally, please note that it could take up to 72 hours for turnaround. To check on the status of the form, you can contact the Autodesk activation & registration department at 800-591-1490. They will track the status based on your email address.
