PointKnown flagship product, PKNail Pro, is a proven and unique Field to BIM application that runs in the Autodesk Revit environment, allowing a user to quickly and accurately capture and model existing conditions of buildings. It utilizes point-to-point laser technology (PPLT) for real-time field measurements data capture and creation of floor plans and BIM models in the field.

Typically, building surveying and documentation is done with pencil, paper and measuring tape. It is repetitive, time consuming, and prone to error. PKNail offers the modern-day answer to transcribing measurements onto drawings and then into CAD. Bluetooth-enabled laser technology means that surveys can be conducted quickly and delivered consistently to a remote Revit or CAD enabled workstation, in a workflow that is controlled and repeatable.  The result is five to ten times faster documentation of buildings in the field.
