Here are a few things we are doing to accomplish this goal:
Employees using Autodesk software remotely need to activate licenses properly, and if they use Revit they also need to take steps to avoid issues of latency with large files. In addition, Autodesk has put together a Resources Center with a variety of information and resources to have reliable access to their software and Autodesk support.
One of the resources is the Autodesk’s Extended Access Program for cloud collaboration products, which provides for 60 days of access to these tools at no charge. This program utilizes the free 30-day product trial download process but extends it an additional 30 days during this crisis. Products and services include BIM 360 Docs, BIM 360 Design, Fusion 360, Fusion Team, AutoCAD Web and Mobile, and Shotgun – all for commercial use. Autodesk will continue to evaluate the potential expansion of this program as the needs of customers warrant.

During physical distancing, our ability to be able to carry out GeoSLAM demo has been restricted so we’ve come up with a solution to bring it to you. You can have a Demo in a Box, use it for surveying and data capture into a model or drawing, so you can integrate clear and comprehensive data and real-time processing. For training, we have postponed all in-person training and offer CADLearning for on-demand, on-line training on Autodesk software including Revit, AutoCAD, BIM 360 products, and more. This can be a great resource for you and your team members while working remotely. You can access a free 30-day trial at this time.
We have suspended our 3D Printing Services, as we are unable to access our machines during these difficult days.
