A BIM Health Check solution is a post implementation assessment aimed at checking how efficiently you are using BIM software, such as Revit, and making recommendations for improvement. To conduct the Health Check, we will review a completed project of one or more files, created by one or more disciplines, and spend time interviewing teams and analyzing the project files. Next we will generate a Health Check report detailing the strengths and weaknesses in the implementation. The report covers topics such as pain points in the modeling process, model optimization, industry best practices and any inefficiencies in the design process. It can also help serve as a benchmark against other projects.
