Autodesk Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program (CSAT) provides us with an opportunity to understand what customers think about all aspects of working with us. The survey program is used to measure your pre and post-sales experience with Microsol Resources and is integral to helping us improve our customer service. The CSAT survey is sent from a third-party vendor called Qualtrics, via an email from customer.feedback@autodesk.com.

The online survey is sent ten days after your order date and will remain open for 30 days afterward to be completed. This survey gives you the chance to tell us what you like, and where we need to improve. We learn from every response, and may even follow up to make sure we understand your point of view. This gives us an opportunity to evaluate, prioritize and make changes that are most important to us. We will also make sure Autodesk understands what to focus on. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to opt-out if you wish to be excluded from the survey.

What does the Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program involve?

Customers are asked a few questions so the survey only takes a couple of minutes to complete. These questions are designed to improve the customer experience by evaluating fundamental objectives. If you do receive a CSAT survey, please be aware of the unique scoring system that Autodesk uses. Scores of 9 or 10 indicate you had a positive experience with Microsol Resources, scores of 7 or 8 are considered neutral and do not contribute to our overall satisfaction rating, while scores of 6 or less indicate you had a negative experience with us. Also, please remember that you are rating your experience with Microsol Resources, not Autodesk.

How likely are you to recommend Microsol Resources as a provider of Autodesk products and services? Microsol Resources has achieved Platinum status with Autodesk, in no small part due to our continued high levels of customer service.
