RESPONSIBILITIES
As a member of our technical team, you will provide our civil engineering and surveyor customer base outstanding CAD and BIM Services. You will be responsible for providing consulting, support, training, and implementation of Autodesk software, including:
- Providing consulting services that enable our clients to successfully implement Civil 3D, Infraworks, and other software solutions to enhance and develop their workflow.
- Representing Microsol Resources at industry events such as Autodesk University as the authority on the use and implementation of our solutions.
- Resolving support requests on BIM and CAD applications via email, telephone, and/or screenshare while documenting interactions in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Instructing beginner and advanced training sessions on CAD/BIM software applications (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and more) to industry professionals.
- Delivering engaging, professional pre, and post-sales presentations and demonstrations to customers on AEC software capabilities.
- Leading technical presentations and educational sessions, internally and externally, on industry software features and trends.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- You’ll have a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in a related professional environment.
- You are an advanced to expert Civil 3D user and have knowledge extending beyond the “picks-and-clicks” and have a deep understanding of the best practices and workflows for using BIM software.
- You can provide well-thought-out and clear directives to help clients resolve their issues either over the phone or in written communication.
- You have the initiative to learn additional Autodesk design/collaboration applications and the workflows that drive their use in the AEC industry.
- You can professionally engage with the entire spectrum of client personas from C-Suite to the end user.
- You work well in a team-oriented, technical environment.
Not essential, but nice to have:
- Intermediate to expert knowledge on any of these applications: Navisworks, BIM 360, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rhino, Enscape, Panzura, Salesforce/Service Cloud
- Knowledge of Dynamo/Grasshopper, C#, or Python programming languages.
