How Do You Request a Log In to your Subscription Account?

By Anna Liza Montenegro | Subscription

Before we get talking about how to access your Subscription account, you may want to know the benefits of Subscription. Autodesk Subscription is the best and most economical way to stay current with the latest design technology, while gaining the benefits of simplified software management, easy budgeting, and support. Being a subscription customer, you receive access to resources and events, like Autodesk University, exclusive webcasts, and upgrades. For a fixed annual fee, you can access the technology and support services that you need to help make the most out of your software investment and keep your design tools up-to-date. Overall, some highlights of your Autodesk Subscription include:

  • Automatic Upgrades
  • Predictable Budgeting
  • Exclusive License Terms
  • Product Extensions
  • Web Support

Moving on, in order to login, all you must do is go to http://subscription.autodesk.com, click where it says “Create an Account” and follow the instructions from here. You will need to verify your Subscription by entering a valid Serial Number on Subscription. This will bring you to another page to create a Subscription Center account; if a Contract already exists the role will default to ‘End User.’ Fill in the required fields and click ‘Create Profile’ and you should be all set!

If you already have created an account but can’t seem to remember your User ID or password, you can put in your email address and Autodesk will email you with the next steps to reset your account.

That should help with those who were having trouble with creating an account in Subscription Center. If you are still having issues, however, don’t hesitate to contact us!
