Enscape prices increasing beginning June 1, 2022

Starting on June 1, 2022, Enscape will be increasing the price of new and renewing licenses.  Enscape has made significant new investments to bring you the best possible product with the best possible service. For existing Enscape customers, you will see the new prices reflected on your next renewal quotation.

Here are the changes to Enscape prices beginning on June 1, 2022:

What are the different licensing options?

• A fixed-seat license is limited to one machine.
• A floating license can be used on multiple machines, as long as the number of opened Enscape windows does not exceed the number of licenses.

What is the advantage of using a Floating License over a Fixed Seat License?

A Floating License lets you use your Enscape licenses on multiple machines. For example, a work machine and a home machine. It is more flexible and less expensive than purchasing individual Fixed Seat licenses.

What should I do if I want to change my Floating Licenses to Fixed-Seat Licenses?

Once a floating license has been purchased, it cannot be changed partway through its term. If you would like to move from a floating to a fixed license, you can simply not renew the floating license at the end of its term and then purchase a fixed license.

Is Enscape increasing prices because of the merger with Chaos Group? Is the price increase affected by the merger?

No, the price increase is not related to the merger at all. Enscape is committed to delivering the highest product quality standards, and they want to continue delivering new features in every release.

Can I still buy additional licenses at the current price before the June 1,  2022 price increase?

Yes, in fact, if you are thinking about adding new licenses, now is a great time to buy additional licenses. You can stock up before the price increase and save as much as possible.
