SALES SUPPORT SPECIALISTS | New York, Boston, and Philadelphia
Microsol Resources – a technology and services provider for the architectural, engineering, and construction industry – is looking to add BIM Specialists to our growing firm.
Tasks will include working with other team members and with customers to maintain and renew clients’ software licenses from various vendors. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to explain their various options, process orders placed by customers, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
We seek candidates with a strong desire to succeed and the personality to be a team player. Versatility is highly valued. Candidates must have excellent phone and written communication skills, be able to pay attention to detail, and have an analytical mind. Ideal candidates will also possess strong customer-facing presentation skills. Most important, we are looking for nice people.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to discuss options for renewing license agreements
- Work with other team members in strategic situations
- Enter orders with vendors and create invoices for customers
- Provide support via phone and email to customers with licensing issues
- Understand the portfolio of products and services we offer and how they benefit our clients
- Build relationships with existing clients
Required Qualifications
- Must be self-motivated with a keen interest in applying technology to solve our customer’s issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook a must: knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM desired
- Candidates must have excellent phone and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a team-oriented, technical environment
- The ideal candidate will also possess strong customer-facing presentation skills
Additional Information
- The position is for a hybrid office and work-from-home structure and will need to be able to commute to one of our office locations in New York, Philadelphia, or Boston offices
