3DS Shop Closed
Notice of 3D Systems Shop Closed as of Feb 1, 2016

As many of you may have noticed on the 3DS Central page over the past few weeks 3DS Shop is set to close today, Monday Feb 1st and has officially closed its online store. The 3DS Shop was where 3D Systems customers could go and buy consumables for their 3D printers like the older Z-Printer 650 3D printers.

Now this doesn’t mean that 3D Systems has stopped selling consumables to their 3D printer customers, it just means all the orders you used to place from the 3DS Shop will need to be placed through your 3D Systems Partner, this applies to customers with a service contract as well as customers without one. And if you don’t have a 3D Systems Partner, fortunately for you we are an official 3D Systems Partner and would love to assist you in placing any orders you may have and ask that you send all requests to 3DPrinting@MicrosolResources.com .

This is actually a better solution then just ordering from the 3DS Shop because we can make sure you get the best customer service experience possible when buying consumables for your 3D printer. We can also help take care of any issues or errors that may occur when placing your order. We can also order anything you used to order on the 3DS Shop page and more, all you have to do is email us with a list of what you need and the quantity and we will have the items delivered to you within the next two weeks.

To increase the delivery times of your consumables we are also going to keep a stock of supplies in our office and sell consumables directly from our NYC office. This is especially useful for our customers who needs an emergency order of materials or any other 3D printer consumable to meet their deadlines.

So don’t hesitate, contact us right away for any consumables order you have and we will have it ready for pick up or delivery.
